Camp Street Holdings is seeking businesses in the metro Dallas metro area with $1-1.5M EBITDA looking to make an asset sale transaction. Our ideal partner is a business in a fragmented industry with strong recurring revenue, limited customer concentration, and a history of repeatable profitability. Post transaction, we will focus on driving operational improvements, organic growth within the existing customer base and via new acquisition, and implementing systems and tools that drive operating leverage.
Founder & Principal Joe Luchenta has a decade of experience leading go-to-market and product teams across B2B technology companies spanning early-stage startups to big tech. He previously served as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients on operational transformations and M&A transactions across diverse industries. Joseph's experience spans both high-growth tech and traditional sectors, providing him with the strategic and operational expertise to drive value creation across a broad range of business models. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
