Blue Glass Capital is focused on identifying and acquiring a single great American company. We're seeking growing firms in overlooked niches with healthy margins and EBITDA over $1 million.
Our Managing Partner, Toby Kearn, believes in the promise and future of American businesses. Prior to launching Blue Glass Capital, Mr. Kearn coordinated ExxonMobil’s inventory hedging programs and advised the firm’s senior executives on corporate strategy pertaining to commercial and trading operations. For these efforts, he was awarded the President’s Standard of Business Excellence Award.
Toby Kearn has also worked as a customer-facing subject matter expert at a supply chain and procurement consultancy and as a currencies and commodities analyst at the Reserve Bank of Australia. He holds an MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BS in Economics from American University in Washington, D.C.
