Best Well Services, LLC (BWS) was formed in 2007 with two roustabout trucks and four men. Today, BWS is blessed with great leadership from top to bottom with over 260 hard working men and women that are dedicated to our goal of being the best service company in the industry. Leading this great team are Tim Cargile, Chief Executive Officer; Doug Janes, Chief Financial Officer; and Tony McKaig, President. BWS has put together the infrastructure to expand its services in all areas by providing the proper leadership, equipment and training necessary to ensure a great service to its customers while doing so in a safe manner. Our employees are better trained, prepared and equipped to meet the demands of the industry.
Besides our goal of being the best service company in the industry, we strive to instill leadership skills that will help make our employees better husbands, wives, mothers and fathers with the training to succeed in life beyond their employment.
