The Verdian team is led by Jim Lindstrom, a former Chairman, CEO and CFO and invested in several publicly-traded, global businesses, including Providence Service Corp., IES Holdings, Centrue Financial Corporation and ChiRex Inc., all of which generated shareholder returns in excess of their peer groups during his tenure.
Our investment focus is on B2B service and software sectors where businesses provide services which are essential or mandatory, often subject to regulation, reputational assurance and characterized by consistency in demand.
We focus on targets that have a large proportion of revenues that recur periodically from month to month and year to year with long-term, durable customer relationships.
We focus on software and service sectors which are technical, specialist and operationally complex to deliver and command attractive margins thanks to the efficiencies and value they add to our customers’ operations. Areas include:

We focus on markets which are fragmented and exhibit characteristics that are suited to industry consolidation.
