We look for stable, cash flow-positive companies that have potential for long-term growth. AGP is sector-agnostic but we lean towards opportunities in Business Services, Healthcare & Software. We will selectively pursue opportunities in the Industrial Services & Light manufacturing spaces on a case by base basis. We deploy long-term, patient capital raised personally and from third-parties.

AGP acquired Orion Ropeworks and Canada Cordage in 2020, merging the two companies to create Orion Cordage. Building on a 150-year legacy, Orion today is one of North America’s leading cordage manufacturers and suppliers for industrial distributors and end-users. The company takes pride in offering an expansive portfolio of products produced in-house to meet the most demanding requirements.
Since the initial investment, AGP has completed two follow-on acquisitions and has executed on a number of attractive initiatives to accelerate growth, which have led to a significant increase in both headcount and revenue. We have also significantly increased investment in our employees through expanding the training program and implementing improved base and performance compensation above and beyond historical levels
