Canada's automotive glass industry has been dominated and dictated by big national glass companies in liaison with insurance companies for years. This fact has made it very difficult for small independent glass companies to break into the insurance claim market. Terry Aivaliotis, a young entrepreneur, turned this situation into a great business opportunity.
While large glass companies were wining and dining insurance companies, they ultimately lost sight of today’s real consumer, who know what they want. They want a company that will provide them with exceptional customer service, quality workmanship and the real value they deserve on the repair of their vehicles.
Equipped with technical expertise of automotive glass, inspiration and the drive to be successful, Terry set out a business plan in 1992 and received a $7,500 youth venture loan to begin his new venture. His focus was for all customers to experience exceptional customer service, quality workmanship and good value from the All-Brite team. He set these standards with all his employees, customers and franchises. All-Brite has grown significantly, recruiting the best employees to service their customers.
This professionally well-trained team is a big part of All-Brite’s success. Providing employees with the proper tools and opportunity to be successful has put a lot of value on the All-Brite team. From a one-man mobile operation to multiple mobile units and a full-service auto glass, auto accessory, window tint and graphic shop, Terry’s business has grown significantly, but is still striving to improve. He has taken steps for expansion through franchising.
Terry believes his “Mobile Service At Your Door!” concept, a proven operating system, and the invested interest of the right independent contractor (I/C) can lead to success, exceptional customer service, quality workmanship and good value to the customers they serve.
