We achieved those things by attracting and/or retaining great talent, focusing on delighting our customers, professionalizing and standardizing our processes, and tracking metrics that monitored all of the above.

Owner with compelling reason for leaving the business
EBITDA $2mm-$5mm
Recurring revenue streams
Strong EBITDA margins (in excess of 15% over a three-to-five-year period would be ideal)
Growing earnings (in excess of 10% over a three-to-five-year period would be ideal)
Low customer concentration
Headquartered in Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, or Arkansas
