Western Commerce Group, LLC served as M&A advisor to The Fain Group in its strategic partnership and investment by Evolution Strategy Partners in July 2025. The Fain Group is a North Texas–based civil construction firm specializing in municipal infrastructure, streetscape, and beautification projects.
The transaction brings The Fain Group into Evolution Strategy Partners’ portfolio of industrial and commercial services companies and is intended to accelerate growth by combining Evolution’s capital and operational expertise with The Fain Group’s established reputation in municipal construction.
