BlackRose Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Etech Environmental & Safety Solutions Inc. (Etech) of Odessa, Texas to Basin Investors LLC (Basin), a leading provider of oilfield soil remediation and cleanup services headquartered in Lovington, New Mexico. Basin is a portfolio company of Taglich Private Equity LLC (TPE), a New York-based, value-oriented financial sponsor focused on investing in the lower middle-market. The sale will allow TPE to merge the operations of Basin and Etech under the leadership of Etech founder Shane Estep, a chemist and professional geologist with over two decades of experience in the environmental remediation industry. The merger will enable the two companies to expand their geographic footprint and provide a greater array of services to customers in the Permian Basin.
