Sentinel Capital Partners acquired Precision Pipeline Solutions, a company that provides services to help utilities in the Northeast maintain and operate their natural gas and electric infrastructures. Sentinel Capital targets investments in smaller middle-market companies located in the U.S. and Canada.
BCMS Corporate used Axial to compile a list of buyers for Precision Pipeline Solutions and Sentinel Capital won the deal. Since Sentinel's original investment, Precision Pipeline Solutions has nearly tripled in size.
Sentinel Capital sold Precision Pipeline Solutions to a strategic buyer in 2014.
