Madison Street Capital, an international investment banking firm, served as exclusive advisor to the Dowco Group, in the divestiture of its software reseller business, Dowco Technology Services (“DTS”). DTS is a leading reseller of construction technology software solutions for contractors, architects, engineers, project managers, fabricators, and detailers. The acquiring company, Cansel Survey Equipment Inc. is a national distributor of new and pre-owned land-based positioning systems, equipment, and software in Canada.
