Yenni Capital, a private equity investment firm, has acquired Steven Feller P.E. ("Steven Feller" or the "Company"), an engineering design services company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  Yenni Capital's strategic partnership with Steven Feller is intended to accelerate the Company's expansion into new geographical markets and sectors, and drive efficiencies through stronger financial and project management controls. Benchmark International served as financial advisor to the Company. The two firms, Yenni Capital and Benchmark International, met through Axial and leveraged the platform to grow their relationship, and eventually close this deal.
