David is a former management consultant who previously worked at a healthcare investment firm focused on acquiring and operating home healthcare companies. Rob brings more than 10 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, finance, and development, sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities and supporting the growth and operations of projects. They partnered after meeting during their MBAs at NYU Stern, united by a shared focus on buying and operating a business for the long term.
We are seeking a profitable, well-established business with stable cash flows and strong customer relationships. We are particularly focused on environmental testing and inspection services — mold, asbestos, radon, and indoor air quality — generating $1–10M in revenue, with interest in Florida, the Northeast Corridor, and the Texas Gulf Coast. We are self-funded with committed capital, positioned to close on the right opportunity quickly, and we especially value businesses with recurring revenue and owners seeking a trusted successor.
