I focus on established companies serving commercial or industrial customers with contracted, route-based, or repeat recurring revenue, a capable management team in place (not owner-dependent), and stable cash flow.
Targeting $500K to $1.5M of EBITDA and enterprise values of $2M to $6M. Equity capital and lending relationships are in place.
