We are primarily interested in light or niche manufacturing, construction and engineering support services, healthcare and life-sciences services, and other established B2B businesses with consistent profitability, strong customer relationships, and opportunities for thoughtful operational improvement.
Our team brings nearly 30 years of combined experience across biotechnology, clinical development, engineering, infrastructure, process improvement, and team leadership. We are financially prepared to pursue a transaction using a combination of personal capital, SBA financing, seller financing, and aligned investment partners when appropriate.
