Vista Highland LLC is a family office-backed private investment firm based in Stamford, CT. Vista Highland was founded and is led by Mike Drinkwater, who has deep expertise leading and scaling sector-leading enterprise software businesses in the GRC sector. Vista Highland is focused on acquiring one B2B software or tech-enabled services business in the Northeastern US that Mike and his operating partner will directly manage as owner-operators focused on long-term growth.
Vista Highland sees an opportunity to continue to drive organic growth
of B2B tech-enabled services businesses in industries proving resilient in the current
climate with longer-term tailwinds while providing a path for owners to transition
their business to trusted and experienced operators. Mike has a proven track
record: he successfully led and scaled three B2B regulatory compliance cloud-based
software and services businesses in the US and internationally over his 10-year
career with Thomson Reuters and has executed multiple M&A transactions.
Previously a management consultant with Accenture, Mike holds an MBA from
INSEAD.
Vista Highland is backed by family office and entrepreneurial
investors experienced in building SaaS, services and technology-enabled businesses;
Mike and his operating partner will also commit their own capital to the deal.
