We are seeking to acquire and operate one exceptional lower middle market business where we can serve as active, long-term owner-operators and build on the foundation a founder has spent years creating.
Kayvon,brings seven years of operating experience embedded inside some of healthcare's most complex environments. He has led revenue cycle transformations, redesigned clinical operations, and driven patient experience initiatives across health systems and life sciences organizations — work that required equal parts analytical rigor and the ability to earn trust on the floor, not just in the boardroom. He knows where healthcare businesses leak value, what good operations actually look like, and what it takes to turn a solid business into a great one.
Cassidy, brings a rare combination of scientific, commercial, and financial expertise. She began her career as a molecular scientist at a high-volume clinical laboratory, then spent three years at ZS Associates developing go-to-market strategy, sales force design, and commercial operations for global MedTech companies — including re-deploying an 800-person, $1B revenue sales force that drove 35% year-over-year growth. Most recently she has focused exclusively on healthcare investing and ETA, with experience at BPOC, Cinnamon Hill Partners, and Cerralvo Capital evaluating acquisitions, building financial models, and conducting diligence across healthcare subsectors.
