We have supplied equipment and service to over 300 companies in more than 35 countries around the world. Predecessor companies include Portola Packaging, Portola Blow Mold Technologies, The Cap Snap™ Company, NEPCO, and Allied Tool. In 2010 Velocity purchased substantially all assets of Portola’s Equipment Division. Today, Velocity is owned by an investment group that is comprised of the management team of the former Equipment Division of Portola and the Mistequay Group, Ltd. (Saginaw, MI), a longtime supplier to Portola. Velocity is headquartered in New Castle, Pa. Together with its partner Mistequay, Velocity has 12 manufacturing, sales and distribution facilities strategically located around the globe. Velocity’s components and machines are internally manufactured under the most stringent quality systems including ISO 9001. Velocity has manufacturing and engineering capabilities and a footprint unmatched in the industry.
