Vario Ventures is a boutique mergers and acquisition firm focusing on entrepreneurs, specializing in identifying the right next step for small and medium companies and their investors. Our goal is to free up investor capital and make the entrepreneurial lifecycle more successful. We do this by identifying opportunities for our clients and managing the process to successful completion.
For entrepreneurs, we roadmap the path to acquisition, partnership, and other divestitures from our experience building and selling our own companies. For acquirers, we represent hundreds of Angel and Venture backed companies across multiple industries with valuations from $1M to $20M.
Vario Ventures was born from the entrepreneurial community in Western Canada, and through this network we focus on understanding the stage of your business and identifying the right partners, the right buyer and sellers, and the right sources for capital.
Vario Ventures strives to provide low-up front service fees, to share the transaction risk with entrepreneurs. This builds off our core value of collaboration, and allows us to work with the clients where we believe we can add value.
