Isaac spent his early career in small and mid-sized businesses, including a leadership role in a family-owned B2B distributor. For the past eight years, he has been with Bain & Company in Chicago, where he has worked closely with executives on commercial strategy and M&A, across a range of B2B industries. He lives in Chicago with his wife and two young children.
