TSI Technologies was established in 1988 to serve the air-conditioning and refrigeration industries. Initially, TSI supplied local and overseas customers with a variety of parts and components that were manufactured in the United States. TSI Technologies built a reputation as a leading supplier to the HVAC industry with high quality parts and excellent customer service.
In 1997, TSI Technologies partnered with an established manufacturing company in China named Wenling Hengfa Air-Conditioning Components Co., LTD. Founded in 1986, Hengfa continues to serve major HVAC customers in Southeast Asia including Fujitsu, Hitachi, York, and Samsung. TSI Technologies introduced Hengfa to the United States and other global markets serving customers such as Carrier and Rheem. Over 600 employees work in the Wenling plant located in the province of Zhejiang. The modern plant occupies over 155,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehousing and office space. The plant is conveniently located near major highways leading to Shanghai, which is 250 miles away. TSI - Hengfa attained all major quality standards and meets all customer requirements.
TSI Technologies has three sales offices in the United States with the main headquarters in New York City. We also have two offices in China (Shanghai and Wenling) and one in Israel. Since the time zone differs by twelve hours, we work around the clock to serve our customer's needs. All business in the United States is conducted in English by our Sales, Engineering and Marketing groups. TSI has the quickest response system for insuring effective delivery of quality components from China in our industry.
Our company continues to invest in state of the art equipment and engineering resources for the manufacture of brass components, simple and complex brazed assemblies, a complete line of refrigeration valves as well as bending and forming of copper tubing. Quality is expected in our industry and we maintain the highest quality levels of our industry with standards such as: ISO-9001, QS-9000, U.L. and Q+ levels.
TSI Technologies continues to expand our capabilities by developing additional lines of products to compliment our core production. TSI is now importing to the USA, Reversing Valves, Copper Tubing (level wound coils and straight lengths), Brazing Alloys, Steel Desiccant Driers, Steel Receiver Tanks and Suction Accumulators.
Recently, TSI Technologies and Hengfa took the lead in implementing the industry's lean production concepts to enhance product quality and production efficiency while continuously decreasing manufacturing costs, shortening production cycle and reducing inventory thereby improving customer satisfaction. TSI Technologies works with its customers to deliver standard & customized, high quality components to meet HVAC needs in a timely and cost effective manner.
