Spent the 1st part of my career in high tech where I was a founder of two software companies and completed a successful acquisition of both companies providing a 10x return to my venture capital investors. I built a successful profitable software division for a publicly traded company through the rollup acquisition of four software companies.
In 2017 having had a career of merger and acquisition activity in high tech I acquired a NH real estate license for selling commercial real estate and the selling of SMB businesses. I also provide business advisory and business valuation services. In the last 7 years I have completed successful M&A of 35 businesses in the retail, hospitality, and manufacturing space.
I have a business and computer science degree from the State University of New York and completed advanced degree studies at the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.
I was nominated to the New Hampshire Economic Development Council by Governor Hassen in 2014 and have been a mentor at the Paul School of Business at the University of New Hampshire for Entrepreneur Studies. I am a proud veteran having served 4 years in the USAF. I reside in Center Harbor NH at the north end of Lake Winnipesaukee with my wife Lori and German Shepard Sammijo.as
