Tideline Studio is an operator-led acquisition vehicle targeting independent, non-franchised auto repair and service businesses in the $1M-$5M enterprise value range. My background spans automotive dealership sales and F&I (JM Family Enterprises) along with building and running Tideline, my own brand and creative studio, so I bring both industry-specific knowledge and real operating experience to this search. I plan to run the acquired business directly as a hands-on owner-operator, not hold it passively, and I'm funded through a mix of cash and SBA 7(a) financing for an established, profitable shop with an owner ready for a transition. This is the first acquisition in a planned multi-location build-out, so I'm looking to build a lasting relationship with advisors who see recurring deal flow in this space.
