We are focused on acquiring and strengthening great businesses for the long term, with a commitment to quality, people, reputation, and disciplined execution.
Target Profile
Commercial millwork and finish carpentry contractors
Typically $5M to $15M in revenue, with flexibility for strategically compelling exceptions
Open to varied EBITDA profiles where scale, quality, and improvement potential are compelling
Established businesses, often 25+ years in operation, with strong reputations in their markets
Preference for companies known for quality execution, durable customer relationships, and service to commercial general contractors in healthcare, education, office, hospitality, and institutional sectors
Leadership
Executive-led, with multi-site leadership experience across $50M to $250M businesses, a structured and strategic approach to growth and integration, and hands-on commercial millwork experience
Financial Profile
Positive cash flow preferred
Open to turnarounds with strong revenue and fixable operational issues
Geography
Priority markets: CA, TX, IL, FL, GA, NY/NJ
Will consider out-of-market opportunities that provide meaningful revenue or a credible entry point into target markets
Deal Preferences
Asset purchases preferred; alternative structures considered when appropriate
Seller financing welcomed and can be paired with third-party financing
