Meyers is seeking to acquire potential target companies we can either tuck into our existing operations or run separately. We will consider candidates throughout the US market. Companies in the $1m to $20m revenue range are our target although we will consider companies outside this range if there is merit. We will consider both fix up companies and well-run operating companies. As a strategic buyer it is important that any acquisition is synergistic with existing Meyers products, or markets, or processes. More specifically this is defined as: • Label and specialty folding carton printing companies who deal in higher quality multi color labels and packaging for food, personal care products-cosmetics, health and beauty, promotional, industrial, surgical/medical device, animal health, and or high-end beverage and spirits. This could include companies who sell primarily on the internet. Outside our area of interest is pharmaceutical label production, permanent ID labels, blank labels, medical products producers.
