While we are not limited to investing in any particular industry, we are focused on situations requiring a catalyst for growth, or the re-positioning of a company's operations or balance sheet. We seek opportunities where our capital, our strategic input and management's leadership can have a meaningful impact on the financial results and strategic development of each company Focus on The Middle-Market ñ We are focused on companies valued under $100 million, as consistent with our past experience. We believe companies in this part of the market can benefit meaningfully from the right financial and human capital.
Focus on The Opportunity ñ We are not limited to any industry and have experience across a wide range of industries and business models ranging from basic industrial manufacturing to business services to retail and distribution. Because we have invested in over 40 market segments, the specific industry is less important in relation to the nature of the opportunity, the size of the opportunity and most importantly, the people involved.

Our experience in over 80 middle-market companies coupled with our focus on operations provides us with the ability to add value as a sponsor beyond financial engineering, and an aptitude to consummate difficult transactions.
