We work primarily within the broadly defined consumer products industry, with an emphasis on the food and ag sectors. This has been our only business since 1998. The firm's network consists of well-known private equity firms, corporations large and small and family offices. The firm is comprised of individuals possessing many years of senior-level experience in food and restaurant industry M&A, strategy and general management. This experience has been gained in both corporate environments and professional service firms. The Advisory Group concentrates in the lower end of the middle market, where professional advisory services tend to be scarce, and the identities of both buyers and sellers are not always apparent.
