We are a family entertainment center, opening in Buda TX in 2024. Specifically, our company will operate a sports bar that offers mini golf, virtual golf, arcade games, and other entertainment to guests of our facility. We have acquired $500,000 in equity financing and have preapproval for an additional $1,500,000 in debt financing, which is projected to close in Spring of 2024. Our intent is to grow via acquisition within 24 months of opening. We are looking to acquire a company in the same or similar industry. Ideal targets include existing family entertainment centers (mini golf, bowling, lazer tag, movie theaters, etc.) or an existing bar/restaurant with the capacity to expand into entertainment.
