After a career focused on sales/marketing through to and including CEO roles in industries ranging from footwear to industrial distribution and most recently, 10 years in the home services space, Brian McCann is seeking a smaller $500k - $2m EBITDA acquisition in San Diego or Orange County.
Brian is an experienced acquirer and integrator of businesses with 6 acquisitions under his belt prior to selling his prior company with a 9-figure PE exit (where he remains on the board today).
In his current search, Brian is prioritizing location over industry. While his industry experience is broad, Brian does not see himself as capable or interested in running a restaurant or technology company but is otherwise open minded to the right sized business from a retiring seller in San Diego or Orange County with North San Diego County being ideal.
He is not bringing a Team with him and is eager to maintain and expand upon a seller's legacy bringing new opportunities to the existing Team.
