Broker, President, Richard earned his CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) designation from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and his CBB (Certified Business Broker) from the Californian Association of Business Brokers. Through successful completion of a comprehensive training and examination program and demonstration of a high level of competency in working with middle market business owners, he also is a Certified Middle Market Business Intermediary, (CMMBI). We assist buyers and sellers in both "Main Street" and "Middle Market" businesses . We represent business owners and buyers in East Riverside County, one of the fastest growing counties in the United States. The territory includes all cities in the Coachella Valley (Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indio), from Idyllwild, Banning and Beaumont to Blythe.
Prior to becoming a business broker, Richard had a successful career in management as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of privately held corporations in the restaurant and resort industry. His prior position was with Desert Development, Inc., a subsidiary of Lowe Enterprises, which developed The Reserve Indian Wells. Richard had the responsibilities of overseeing the operations of this $6 million gross revenue business, including establishing budgets, financial controls, hiring and managing multiple departments. After this corporation was successfully sold, Richard purchased Sunbelt Business Brokers of Coachella Valley / Palm Springs.
