A respected entrepreneur, businessman and deal maker, David Melton is the Managing Director of Sunbelt Brokerage Services, which main focus is serving the areas of Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia. He previously owned and operated a number of other businesses. Mr. Melton began his career selling shoes in 1984. He then started a new career and worked his way up through the automotive industry, beginning in the wash bay and ending as Managing Partner for multiple dealerships.
In addition to his duties as Managing Director of Sunbelt Brokerage Services, Mr. Melton also serves as head of the Northeast Automotive Division of Performance Brokerage Services, which he joined in 2017, and as an Affiliate Broker for Pointe Commercial Properties.
He is a member of the M&A Source(M&A), International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), International Franchise Professionals Group(IFPG) and the National Association of Realtors(NAR).
David is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama.
