We seek profitable companies with strong teams, recurring customer relationships, and opportunities to create long-term value through operational excellence, technology adoption, and disciplined financial management. Our preferred industries include business services, light manufacturing, industrial services, distribution, and specialty financial services.
Our founder, James Stirgus, is an Army Veteran and finance professional with experience spanning commercial underwriting, accounting, financial planning & analysis, and business advisory services. This combination of military leadership, operational discipline, and financial expertise enables us to evaluate businesses thoughtfully while providing sellers confidence that their legacy, employees, and customers will be well cared for.
