We are a private holding company that acquires and operates small businesses for the long term. We currently own 6 businesses employing 48 people across California.
We are not a fund. We have no investors to return capital to and no timeline to exit, which means we buy businesses to keep them — not to flip them in five years. Every company we've acquired is still in our portfolio today.
What we look for: majority or 100% ownership of businesses with $0.5–3M of EBITDA, ideally where the owner is ready to step away fully and a capable management team is already in place. We are comfortable backing existing leadership rather than requiring the seller to stay on for years.
How we work with sellers: most of the owners we've bought from spent decades building something they cared about, and how it's treated afterward matters to them. We keep the name, keep the team, and keep the people who made the business work. We don't consolidate operations into a platform or strip costs to hit a return target. Sellers are welcome to stay involved during transition, or hand over the keys and go — both work for us.
We move quickly, we don't retrade, and we'll tell you early and directly if a deal isn't a fit rather than tying up your client's process.
