Our backgrounds are purpose-built for this: Salina spent years as a strategy management consultant leading 50+ person teams before returning to her roots in early childhood education, where she began her career as a Teacher's Assistant. Tony brings deep experience as a technology and engineering manager, with expertise in systems, operations, and building high-functioning teams. Together, we offer something rare: an operator team with the mission-alignment of educators and the management rigor of people who have scaled complex organizations.
We are looking for a business with strong enrollment, a capable team already in place, and an owner open to a thoughtful transition. This is not a passive investment — we plan to be hands-on from day one, take genuine care of the staff and families, and build on what the seller has created.
