I am looking for companies generating $1mm-$5mm EBITDA with high free cash flow conversion and a strong customer value proposition. Ideally, the company is based near Minneapolis, MN, which is where I reside. I have a significant amount of deal experience and a strong track record of acquiring companies from founders who are looking to either scale their business and/or transition out.
