I’m a self-funded investor with a background in B2B technology and business services. After a decade in strategic and operational roles at HubSpot, I created a holding company focused on acquiring and growing lower middle-market businesses across the Northeast and other select U.S. markets.
I have direct experience managing SBA-financed acquisitions. My investment thesis centers on established, cash-flow-positive businesses with strong customer relationships and opportunities for operational improvement. I am currently seeking to acquire a business with $3M–$10M in revenue and $600K–$1.2M in adjusted EBITDA. I target service-oriented businesses with recurring or repeat revenue models, low customer concentration, and a strong local or regional presence.
I pursue full ownership (100%) with collaborative transition periods where appropriate. Transactions are typically structured with a combination of personal equity, SBA financing, and seller notes. I take a long-term, hands-on approach to ownership, focusing on building durable teams, modernizing operations, and pursuing organic and bolt-on growth.
