Unlike traditional private equity, SixFive's founders become the CEO of the businesses they partner with and bring direct operating experience — most recently acquiring and scaling Revive Med Spa across California, as well as prior healthcare platform investments in pediatrics and ophthalmology. Backed by patient, long-term capital, SixFive takes a hands-on approach rooted in deep industry research, team development, and operational improvement. The firm prioritizes businesses with recurring revenue or repeat customer behavior, strong local or regional market positions, and loyal customer bases, and is flexible on deal structure including partial seller rollovers, earnouts, and customized transition timelines. Both founders hold MBAs from Stanford and Wharton respectively, with prior careers in finance and investing before becoming full-time operators and entrepreneurs in 2018.
