We are ideally looking for owners who want to stay on (or have other management continuity), retain equity and help us to grow for a large second exit a few years down the road.
We currently have an agreement in place with a $4M EBITDA near shore software/web development & staffing firm and are looking to add complimentary agencies with elite capabilities in branding and design, video production, paid search, paid media/social, email, CRO, SEO and other traffic/lead gen.
SITG is led by Brian Weiss, an agency leader who has served as a consultant to 9 of the top 100 traffic websites in the USA. Brian has led digital due diligence efforts on prospective acquisitions of companies as large as $30 million EBITDA, on behalf of Fortune 500 and Private Equity clients.
Our co-sponsor, Lampert Capital Advisors, has raised over $3 Billion in capital since 2009, and its partners have overseen private equity and credit investments on behalf of institutional and family office investors of more than $1.5 billion in more than 60 companies.
