Deepest operational experience in dealer/franchise-model businesses (4 years inside commercial truck dealerships managing floor plan financing, manufacturer relationships, and full P&L). Also strong in specialty contracting, B2B services, and distribution.
18 years of finance and operations leadership. MBA from Babson College. Have been through full diligence and signed an LOI on a prior acquisition. Capital partners are in place for the right deal.
Preferred deal size: $5M-$12M enterprise value. Open to asset or stock sales. Comfortable with retirement/succession, owner burnout, partnership changes, and growth-stalled situations.
