My name is Jonathan Weiss, and I am beginning my journey in entrepreneurship through acquisition. After spending over a decade in real estate, closing more than $2.4 Billion across 120 transactions, I recently transitioned from the independent sponsor world to focus on acquiring and operating a business directly. Most recently, I managed the full due diligence and legal process for a $558 Million public company carveout in the medical supply world. That experience reinforced both my passion for transactions and my desire to take control of my own future as an operator.
On the capital side, I have over $800,000 in personal liquidity and plan to deploy up to $300,000 per deal. In addition, I also have friends and family who are interested in investing alongside me, giving me the flexibility to raise significantly more for the right opportunity.
