I am a NY-based independent buyer seeking to acquire and grow a quality B2B service business in the NY metro area.
I bring 10+ years of operational and financial experience from Goldman Sachs, Uber, and high-growth tech companies, along with an MBA from Wharton. Most recently, I was the first commercial hire and acting COO of a tech startup where I built GTM from the ground up.
I'm pursuing this full-time with access to family capital and SBA financing, targeting businesses with $650K-$1.2M in SDE. I'm looking for companies with recurring revenue models and minimal day to day owner involvement required.
