As a premier investment banking consulting firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas, we have assisted approximately 1,400 churches with financing for building, renovating, expanding, and refinancing of existing debt. Total financings are approaching one billion dollars. The firm is able to finance these initiatives through bond issues, which provide churches the opportunity to secure long-term fixed financing. Unlike traditional financing provided by banks and denominational lenders, our structures have no balloon payments and no adjustable interest rates. The church is able to effectively budget and plan for the future, knowing that their debt service is going to remain constant. The bond issues have a 25-year amortization schedule, and no prepayment penalties. As a result, the vast majority of our deals are paid off in 8-10 years. The bond issues are secured with the first lien on the property, and issuers go through a rigorous approval process. This process includes audited financial statements, multiple site visits, and a company policy that we will worship with the church prior to providing any financing.
