SERTEM is a Senegalese enterprise that was started in 1998. During its first few years, the company was an exclusive sub-contractor of civil and electrical engineering services to French multinational FOUGEROLLE (today EIFFAGE). As management looked to diversify its sources of revenue, SERTEM gradually grew to become a renowned fully integrated designer - builder and real estate developer in West Africa.
