Serra Street Holdings seeks to own and operate small businesses and real estate with the intent of never selling. We acquire quality assets in growing markets at fair prices, add value through exceptional management and capital allocation, and then steward the continued growth of our companies and properties into the next generation (and beyond).
The founding principals are former Marines. Their service instilled in them a strong belief that "brilliance in the basics" is the foundation of and catalyst for superior results. As real estate investors, the "basics" begin with a value-oriented approach, identifying assets with asymmetric upside, and a focus on capital preservation and risk mitigation in all investment decisions.
