At my current company, I was a key leader in scaling the business nearly 100x: from 2,000 to 250,000 orders per week. In my current role as CTO, I lead a team of ~75 people, and oversee the technical infrastructure required to support ~$650M in annual revenue.
I am currently exploring the next chapter of my career through the acquisition of a stable SMB in the Chicagoland area. My goal is to leverage my extensive background in enterprise-level strategy and organizational leadership to manage and grow a local business. I offer a sophisticated understanding of data-driven decision-making and infrastructure, and I am fully prepared to lead a smooth transition. I am a serious, financially qualified buyer focused on long-term value creation and maintaining the legacy of the business I acquire.
My ideal purchase price is $1.5M - $5M+ (SDE/EBITDA: $500K - $1.5M+). I am somewhat industry-agnostic, but prefer light manufacturing/operations/supply chain, B2B/B2C services, or specialized logistics/distribution.
