Local Hosting Services & ISP:
Satellite Management Services owns and manages its own servers, operating at the PhoenixNAP Datacenter in Phoenix, AZ. SMS only uses high performance bandwidth, which is usually not the case with cheaper hosting providers. We are partnered with seven (7) network providers to provide multiple redundancies to and from our datacenter, and we have an onsite support team to provide for all equipment, installation and configuration needs. We have also configured tools to monitor our clients’ networks, so if there is any interruption in service (no matter how minor), we can respond immediately.
