Sakeva is a physician-led healthcare investment and operating company focused on acquiring and partnering with founder-owned healthcare businesses in allergy, dermatology, ancillary healthcare services, and tech-enabled specialty care.
Led by Ryan Sullivan, MD, Sakeva combines over 15 years of experience across private practice, healthcare operations, telehealth, and pharmaceutical leadership. Dr. Sullivan currently serves as a Medical Director at a large pharmaceutical company and previously helped build and scale integrated dermatology and allergy practices, launch independent specialty clinics, and expand access to care through digital health innovation.
We are particularly interested in founder succession opportunities and healthcare businesses serving rural and underserved markets where strategic partnerships, operational improvements, ancillary service expansion, and technology-enabled care can unlock long-term growth.
Sakeva seeks businesses generally in the $500K–$1M EBITDA range, while remaining highly interested in smaller founder-led companies with strong reputations and growth potential. We are open to both acquisitions and partnership structures with operators seeking aligned long-term support.
