I have been an attorney and real estate investor for over 15 years and am also the co-founder of an e-commerce clothing boutique. My primary focus at this time is acquiring a profitable and cash flowing business in the SMB space as a private independent buyer — ideally from a retiring owner who is willing to help train and transition to new ownership. I am ready and able to provide the requisite equity for an acquisition in the $600K to $1.2M EBITDA range. I plan to be an active owner involved in operations post-close.
