Russell NDE Systems has three main business streams: 1) Manufacture of instruments and probes for non-destructive examination of materials. Sales are worldwide. 2) Sales of third party manufactured NDT instruments. Sales are N.A and China 3) Inspection of oil and gas pipelines using in-line inspection tools ("smart pigs") which are designed and manufactured in-house.
We also have a 71% owned subsidiary: PICA Corp. which uses similar in-line inspection tools for the water and waste water business. They are incorporated in the USA and Canada.
Total staff count is currently 35. Consolidated revenue is close to $10mm
