I'm an operator and investor acquiring and building companies across consumer and DTC brands, creator- and IP-driven businesses, and the marketing and commerce technology around them. I spent the early part of my career at a major music company, rising to a strategy and innovation role on the executive team, where I originated and led the group's first distribution-technology acquisition end to end — diligence, valuation, and integration — and built direct-to-consumer and brand businesses that generated $85M+ in new annual revenue. I went on to found and sell a marketing-technology business to one of the largest entertainment companies in the U.S., and co-founded a holding company to acquire and scale consumer brands. I've sat on every side of the table — acquirer, founder who exited, and operator who has actually grown the businesses I've been part of.
I'm looking to acquire or take a significant stake in profitable companies with enterprise values up to ~$30M, focused on consumer/DTC, creator- and talent-driven brands, media and IP, and commerce/marketing technology — though I'll look hard at anything adjacent where I can add real operating value. I'm open to control acquisitions where I'll step in to operate, and to meaningful minority positions alongside a strong team. I'm a funded, decisive buyer: I move quickly, run a clean and respectful process, protect confidentiality and a seller's legacy, and bring hands-on experience in brand-building, e-commerce, distribution, and M&A — not just capital.
